David Kochman serves as Chief Corporate Affairs Officer for Henry Schein, Inc., the world’s largest healthcare solutions provider to office-based dental and medical practitioners. In that position he is responsible for the Company’s Global Professional Relations, Public Policy, Government Relations, CSR / Foundation, Sustainability, D&I, and Team Engagement activities, as well as the management and administration of projects and initiatives originating from the Office of the CEO. Previously, David acted as the General Counsel and Corporate Development Officer for a privately-held company in the regulated consumer products industry, and was a Partner in the New York office of the international law firm Reed Smith. Before law school, David worked in Jerusalem for the Deputy Speaker of the Israeli Knesset. David is actively involved with numerous charitable organizations focused on health care and criminal justice, and received awards recognizing his dedication to public service. He serves on the Board of Directors of MedShare International (Atlanta) and The Fortune Society (NYC). David received his B.A. in Philosophy from Emory University and his J.D. from the Benjamin N. Bruce had oversight responsibility for Henry Schein Medical Systems (MicroMD) between 2011 and 2017 and currently helps to lead Henry Schein One’s DDX business.  He led the ConnectDental team, focused on the launch of Henry Schein’s digital dentistry business, for two years and worked closely with the Corporate Business Development Group advising on technology opportunities.  He started, at Henry Schein, as the Director of Product Management to the leadership team in Utah when Discus Dental Software was acquired by Henry Schein, Inc. in May 2007 and was promoted, in 2008, to Vice-President of Product Management and Development, managing all of Henry Schein Practice Solutions’ software lines and development teams.  Bruce was the founder of Direct Vision Software, the General Manager of Discus Dental Software and has been a leader in dental technology for almost 40 years.  He graduated SUNY Buffalo’s School of Dentistry in 1983, practiced dentistry for 14 years between 1984 and 1997, and brings much knowledge to the Henry Schein team.

Dr. Olin graduated from the University of Iowa with his DDS degree, a certificate in Fixed Prosthodontics and a Master’s degree.  Dr. Olin is currently the interim Associate Dean for Patient Care and Clinical Services and Professor in the Division of Prosthodontics at the University of Minnesota School of Dentistry. He is also Director of Postgraduate Programs in Contemporary and Esthetic Dentistry and has held a number of positions in his 40-year career at the UMN. He has published a number of journal articles, provided more than 130 presentations at professional meetings, conferences and continuing education programs, and presented over 30 posters/abstracts.  He’s been a member of numerous professional organizations.  He’s also taught more than 30 courses and has developed numerous curricula in prosthodontics and beyond, with a global impact having represented the U of MN in giving presentations around the world. His recent accomplishments include virology research in response to the pandemic, coordination with other Big-10 schools to provide safe clinical space for students and patients, as well as working on patents in the area of removable partial dentures.

Currently Dr. Zhou is the Assistant Dean of Clinical Education at Texas Tech University Health Science Center (TTUHSC) El Paso, Woody L Hunt School of Dental Medicine (WLHSDM). Before she joined TTUHSC Hunt School of Dental Medicine, she was a professor at the University of Nevada Las Vegas, School of Dental Medicine, where she initiated, co-designed and served as the program director of its Advanced Standing Program – Doctor of Dental Surgery, and graduated three classes there. Besides her teaching duties, she is a Steering Committee member of the Commission on Dental Competency Assessments (CDCA); an examiner of ADEX dental licensure exam; a fellow of the International College of Dentists (ICD) US Section, and a member of Omicron Kappa Upsilon (OKU), the national dental honor society.

A former public school music teacher, Brent has had an eclectic transition into a completely different career at School of Dentistry. Starting as an instructional technologist, Brent helped refine the management of all classroom technology, including introducing an electronic exam platform and introducing multiple professional learning opportunities related to technology. Over the last couple of years, he has formed a team of instructional designers to provide support and help, while also hiring a clinical systems analyst, as his team has also taken ownership of the school’s electronic health record as well. Linda joined Henry Schein One – axiUm in 2022 has managed Ascend Academic and axiUm academic PMSs. Prior to joining axiUm, she spent the past 7-8 years passionately dedicated to developing electronic health records (EHR) tailored for both acute and ambulatory hospital settings. Throughout this period, she acquired a wealth of knowledge and hands-on experience in CMS Promoting Interoperability Programs, fostering standardized and seamless health information exchange (HIE). Enthusiastic about leveraging her expertise, she eagerly anticipates the chance to contribute in enriching interoperability between healthcare and oral care domains.
